1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging J&E Family Roofing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for roofing services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and J&E Family Roofing LLC.

2. Services Provided

J&E Family Roofing LLC provides professional roofing services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial roofing installation
• Roof repair and maintenance services
• Roof replacement and restoration
• Emergency roofing services
• Roof inspections and assessments
• Gutter and siding services

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on visual inspection and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required upon commencement of the project.

A signed contract and deposit are required before work begins. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, and total cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion and customer approval
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Warranties

J&E Family Roofing LLC provides warranties on workmanship and materials as follows:

• Workmanship warranty: 2 years from completion date
• Material warranties: As provided by manufacturer
• Emergency repairs: 90-day workmanship warranty

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by other contractors or homeowners.

6. Liability and Insurance

J&E Family Roofing LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We are not liable for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property unless caused by our negligence. Customer is responsible for moving vehicles and personal property from work areas.

7. Weather and Delays

Work schedules may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe but cannot guarantee completion dates due to factors beyond our control.

8. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges. Additional work discovered during the project will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

9. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel contracts within 3 business days of signing without penalty, except for emergency services already performed. Cancellations after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seminole County, Florida, in accordance with Florida state law.
